Ammonium Persulfate is a white, crystalline, odourless salt or crystalline powder with the density of 1.98g/cc. It is mostly non – hygroscopic and will gradually decompose to emit oxygen and ozone after hygroscopic effect. It will be decompose whilebeing dissolved in the water after being heated. It is used as chemical reagent, oxidant, bleacher, deodorizer and initiator for the polymerization of monomers.
Potassium Persulfate is a white crystalline, odourless salt with the density of 2.477. It can be decomposed about 100℃ and dissolved in the water and has strong oxidation. It has the particular advantage of being almost non-hygroscopic of having a good storage stability in normal temperature and of being easy and safe to handle.
Sodium Persulfate is a white, crystalline, odourless salt or crystalline powder with the density of 2.59 g/cc. It is used as initiator for the Polymerization of monomers and as a strong oxidizing agent in many applications. It has the particular advantage of being almost non – hygroscopic of having a particularly good storage stability as a result of its extremely high purity and of being easy and safe to handle.
The Active Ingredient of PMPS is potassium Peroxymonosulfate which is present as a component of triple salt including potassium monopersulfate, potassium sulfate and potassium bisulfide. It is a white, odourless, crystalline, free-flowing solid powder. It is highly soluble in water and slightly corrosive in nature.
